It is a 360 degree video - a format supported by YouTube. If it is working properly you should be able to spin around, look up, and look down while it is playing by dragging the image. But it does not work in all browsers. It seems to work best either using the Google Chrome browser or the YouTube app on your tablet/smartphone.
