Born out of my passion for all things health and fitness. Using fully qualified fitness instructors, plus qualified in a number of additional health and fitness qualifications. We believe in body confidence, the true beauty of the human form and the freedom of nude fitness.t-shape-back Our team personally train in a number of disciplines, so have a varied knowledge base.

We are much happier out of clothing and nudists at heart, if England was a little warmer, we’d be clothes free a lot more. We believe in making fitness both fun and inspirational. You will get a great workout, with some great company.
